Hala ka! Is that your angel who spoke that? Hehehe, well, ano pa nga ba? Lahat naman ata ng mommy alila ang gawain, and I am starting to hate being one, minsan kasi kasambahay nga ang turing sa iyo, ang asawa nakahilata lang. Leche! (LOL) Annoyed much!
And the truth is: it's the truth. Moms are those -- a househelp, a teacher, a cook, a mom, a wife -- rolled into one; whether sa Pinas o kahit pa nga sa abroad.
They therefore deserve all our appreciation (and love).
Ka Rolly, hindi uso dito ang "househelp" unless both parents are working. But then again only those with high salaries can afford to have one. Pero iba pa rin if its the mother takes care of the children.
Nebz, we do appreciate their sacrifices and we show it especially during Mother's Day. : )
hahaha, yari ka!

With most wives now working to help out with the family expenses, I think this role is fast becoming obsolete. And rightly so.
